In 2019, Christian leaders in Albania invited Dr. Sandy Shugart to travel to Albania to teach lessons to influencers in business, medicine, education and politics learned in his book, Leadership in the Crucible of Work. 

This book had recently been translated into Albanian and leaders wanted the opportunity to meet and learn from the author as they sought ways to integrate new thought and faith into the growing community of faith in Albania. 

Sandy invited Stu Kinniburgh to join him with an innovative concept of teaching and music to blend information and emotion into his presentations. 

The men held meetings for a week for a host of influencers in Tirana, the capital city of Albania.  They were joined by the director of the Quo Vadis Institute, Andrzej Turkanik, who worked with Sandy to formulate the questions designed to shape the conversation which integrates faith into these complicated topics. 

Between Andrzej, Sandy and Stu, nearly 500 influencers were exposed to the concepts of leadership, faith and Christian renaissance.
